Here's the key to changing your life forever - if you want love then start with yourself! So many people seem to get this backwards. They think that love begins outside themselves through how they treat others or what deeds they do in the world. No amount of service to others will make you a more loving person if you cannot love and accept yourself! In fact, some people even use external acts of kindness to avoid facing how they feel about themselves or as a way to avoid doing the internal work that leads to self-love and forgiveness.
